PUBLIC OFFER (AGREEMENT) FOR BOOKING AND PAYMENT OF HAIR EXTENSION AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES
This Public Offer (the "Offer") is issued by Nicehair Ladies Salon LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider"), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, with its registered address at Al Safouh First, REEM SAFOUH GARDENS, and is available on the website https://www.nicehairdubai.com for the purpose of concluding an agreement for the advance payment for hair extension and maintenance services (the "Service").
By booking the Service and paying the deposit, the Client (a natural person) is deemed to have fully accepted the terms of this Offer.
1. Subject of the Offer
1.1. The Service Provider offers to provide hair extension and maintenance services at its salon located in Dubai, UAE.
1.2. The Client may book the Service via a messenger or in person at the salon.
1.3. The Client agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit of 500 AED to confirm the booking of the Service.
2. Booking and Deposit
2.1. To book the Service, the Client must provide the following information:
- Full name;
- Contact details (phone number and email address);
- Desired date and time of the Service;
- Type of Service (e.g., hair extension, correction, removal).
2.2. The Client must pay a non-refundable deposit of 500 AED to confirm the booking.
2.3. The deposit is considered part of the total cost of the Service and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the Client.
2.4. The remaining amount for the Service must be paid on the day the Service is provided.
3. Terms and Conditions
3.1. The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process.
3.2. The Service Provider is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by the Client.
3.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to change the schedule of the Service in the event of force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances, and the Client will be notified accordingly.
3.4. The Service Provider is released from liability for breach of the Agreement if such breach is caused by force majeure circumstances, including: actions of state authorities, fire, flood, earthquake, other natural disasters, power outages, strikes, civil unrest, riots, or any other circumstances, without limitation, that may affect the performance of the Agreement by the Service Provider.
3.5. The Service Provider is not responsible for the quality of public communication channels or services that provide the Client with access to its services.
3.6. The Service Provider undertakes not to disclose any information received from the Client.
3.7. Disclosure of information in accordance with valid and applicable legal requirements shall not be considered a breach of obligations.
4. Addendum to the Agreement
4.1. This Offer constitutes an addendum to the agreement between the Client and the Service Provider regarding the booking and payment for the Service.
4.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the terms of this Offer at any time by posting the updated version on its website. Continued use of the booking system after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
